• Quiet times are from 11pm (23:00) to 8am (08:00)
• The lost of a set of keys has a cost of 100€
• No pets are allowed unless by written authorisation of the Manager

House Instructions
• Keep the AC off when the doors are open
• Do not put hot pans on the kitchen counter
• Close all doors and windows when you leave the house and set the alarm
• No rubbish should be left in the garden or outside the house. Please use the public containers
located at the top of the road.
